Imagine two days filled with 125 visionary authors, leaders and educators, workshops, organic beer and wine, vegetarian cuisine and a marketplace of more than 300 eco-friendly exhibits. This year, the 2011 Chicago Green Festival will take place May 14th-15th at McCormick Place. I would suggest making arrangements soon since you wouldn't want to miss out on this 10-year-old 'Party with a Purpose'! At the festival, you'll experience a healthy buzz of 1000's of adults and children mingling about the floor! If you are looking for home decor, eco-friendly fashion, children's products and even office supplies, there's ample opportunity to find it in the unique marketplace. It's an exciting weekend experience with everything from shopping to enriching kid's activities.
